Job Description
This person is available at a location to handle client complaints and be an information source for tax or technical questions. The Office Supervisor is ultimately responsible for daily reports to the Company Store Area Developer

· Previous tax and computer experience is a plus but not a necessity

Duties
· Prepares daily reports for the Area Developer or District Manager
· Prepares weekly employee schedules
· Handles client complaints
· Enforces tax, policy and procedure changes
· Promotes quality customer service
· Oversees all aspects of the Tax Office and/or Processing Center
· Prepares taxes as needed
